I believe wellness starts from within and I am here to help you reach your health, fitness and wellness goals. I’m Priya Kathpal and I am a “Consulting Nutritionist”. I work with fitness enthusiasts, people with medical conditions like diabetes, PCOS, hypothyroid and other lifestyle disorders, budding sportspeople including children who are learning the skills, overworked corporate gods and almost everyone who needs to achieve a state of health and well being.

Helping them reach a healthy weight range, enhance performance; maintain ideal blood reports are few of the many goals.  As a passionate health and fitness enthusiast along with being a qualified nutritionist & lifestyle coach I understand that a health regime should be scientifically sound, personalised and absolutely practical for one to make it a lifestyle. It’s not about changing habits for few days, couple of weeks or months; it’s more to do with making life long changes that become a part of your daily routine.

In my former life as a nutritionist for gyms, fitness centres, hospitals and corporate; I’ve learned the needs of various age groups with a range of health and wellness objectives. These days I put those hard won skills to use in my private practise.

Though every human body is scientifically similar, I believe every individual is different when it comes to health, diet and nutrition needs and I strive hard to plan a regime perfect for one’s lifestyle.

If you are looking for long term results and would not settle for anything less than perfect join my tribe, and just so that you know I practise what I preach. When I am not working you will almost every time spot me with a healthy meal by my side or catch me somewhere stretching. Now that in no way means I don’t have fun days (read cheat days) and so will you 😉
